Return and Exchange Policy

We trust you will be satisfied with your Pure Dixie purchase, but should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our retail exchange and return policies are stated below: 

 

Exchanges

Requirements for Exchange:

  1. Merchandise must be returned for exchange within 14 days of date of purchase (email within 14 days and postmarked within 20 days) accompanied by Website Order # found in your confirmation email.  Or if purchased at a show, receipt confirmation.  
  2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused/unworn condition with original tags. The exception to this would be for products with any manufacturer’s defects. *hats must be free of makeup stains in sweatband*
  3. Exchanges on custom orders are not allowed.
  4. Customer is responsible for getting the product to us and for return shipping costs. *IF exchanging because of our mistake (wrong product or product defect) we will email you a prepaid return shipping label*  If it is your decision to exchange (need a different size, style, etc) you will be responsible for paying to have item shipped back.

To Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Request an Exchange Authorization Number (or prepaid shipping label if it is our mistake) by emailing service@puredixie.com and put ‘Exchange Authorization Number Request' OR 'Return Shipping Label Request' in the subject line.  Also please include in the email the order number (found in your email confirmation or email/text receipt) and reason for exchange.
  2. Once you have received your Authorization Number OR Return Shipping Label, please mail products back to the address listed below. 
  3. Include a filled out version of the following document when you mail your exchange. Your exchange will not be processed if this document is not included in your package. Open here. 

Returns

Requirements for Return:

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of date of purchase (email within 15 days and postmarked within 20 days) accompanied by Website Order # found in your confirmation email or email/text receipt. The exception to this would be all sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused/unworn condition with original tags. The exception to this would be for products with any manufacturer’s defects. *hats must be free of makeup stains in sweatband*
  3. Returns will not be accepted on any custom/personalized orders. 
  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  *IF returning because of our mistake (wrong product or product defect) we will email you a prepaid return shipping label*  If it is your decision to return (wrong size, etc) you will be responsible for paying to have item shipped back.
  5. There will be no restocking charge for returns for a refund within the 15 days of purchase.  Any merchandise returned after 15 days that still fits the requirements for return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. You may choose to exchange for store credit (issued in the form of gift card).  If credit is chosen, Dixie Rocks balance will be restored.
