Return and Exchange Policy

We trust you will be satisfied with your Pure Dixie purchase, but should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our online retail return policy is stated below: 
Requirement for Return
1.  Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of date of purchase                             accompanied by Return Authorization Number (see below).
2.  The merchandise must be in its original, unused/unworn condition unless there  is a manufacturer’s defect. 
3.  Returns will not be accepted on any custom/personalized orders. 
4.  Please leave all merchandise tags attached.
5.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6.  There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise for refunds.  If you choose to have store credit, the restocking fee will be waived.  Please see below if you wish to exchange a product.

1.  Merchandise must be returned for exchange within 10 days of date of purchase accompanied by Exchange Authorization Number (see below).
2.  The merchandise must be in its original, unused/unworn condition unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. 
3.  Exchanges on custom orders is not allowed.
4.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Process for Returning/Exchanging Products
1.  Request a Return/Exchange Authorization Number by emailing puredixie@gmail.com and put 'Return Authorization Number Request' or 'Exchange Authorization Number Request' in the subject line.  Also please include in the email the order number (if online order) or purchase date if not an online order and reason for return/exchange.
2.  Once you have received your Authorization number, please mail products back       to address below.  You are responsible for shipping and handling fees:
