We trust you will be satisfied with your Pure Dixie purchase, but should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our online retail return policy is stated below:
Merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase.
The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
Returns will not be accepted on any custom orders.
Cancellations of these items are only allowed in the proper time period of 5 days within placement of order & if production on the items has not been started. Returns will only be accepted if there is a manufacture defect or if the order was not made correctly.
The merchandise may be mailed back to us, once Pure Dixie customer service representative has issued you’re a Return Authorization number. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. If you choose to return merchandise, you will be in charge of all return shipping and handling fees. Personalized and special orders may not be returned.

Pure Dixie will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) when all of the return requirements have been met.
