Pure Dixie Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

At Pure Dixie, every piece is thoughtfully created, inspected, and packaged with care. We hope you love your purchase; however, if something isn’t quite right, our policies are outlined below.

Exchanges

Eligibility

Merchandise eligible for exchange must meet the following requirements:

  • Requested within 14 days of purchase
  • Postmarked within 20 days of purchase
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
  • Returned in original, unworn, unused condition with original tags attached

Please Note:

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for exchange
  • Hats must be free of makeup or staining inside the sweatband
  • Items showing wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for exchange

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges due to size or style preference
  • If the exchange is due to our error or a product defect, we will provide a prepaid return label

Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or product defect
  • If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label

Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit may be offered where applicable.

Returns submitted outside the 14-day window may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Repairs & Product Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

Items covered under our 1-Year Product Guarantee may qualify for complimentary repairs, including return shipping covered by Pure Dixie.

Outside the Guarantee Period:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping both ways
  • Repair fees may apply depending on the type and extent of repair
  • Proof of purchase is required
