At Pure Dixie, we stand behind our products.  We want you to be confident in what you buy and we are constantly striving to improve the quality and functionality of everything we sell.  That is why we offer our Pure Dixie Product Guarantee!

We guarantee any of our products for one year from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects under normal wear and tear.  Under these conditions, we will repair or replace any of our products.  

If you encounter a problem with one of our Pure Dixie products, please email us at service@puredixie.com.   Put 'Product Repair' in the subject line and include:

1. Problem with the product.
2. Pictures are very helpful if you can send some.
3. Proof of purchase through email or text receipt stating the date it was purchased.
4. Within 1 year of purchase, we will send you a Return Shipping Label so that you can ship it back free of charge to you.

Repairs

Beyond the one year from date of purchase, or outside of normal wear and tear, we do offer repairs on our products.  Our shop fee for repairs is $30/hr.  With a minimum of $10 (most repairs will be less than an hour).  You will also be responsible for return shipping and handling charges.  We ONLY repair Pure Dixie products!  We will not repair other products so please don't ask!
