Track Your Order

We’re so excited for your order to arrive.

Once your order has been fulfilled and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information within approximately 48 business hours.

Please allow additional processing time during new collection launches, shows, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Tracking Information

After your tracking email has been sent, tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear within the carrier’s system. This is completely normal while the package is being scanned and processed in transit.

You can track your package directly using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Transit Times

Estimated delivery times begin once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days after shipment, though carrier delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volume.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Package Protection

To help protect your order during transit, package protection through Route is automatically added to eligible orders at checkout. Route provides coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and offers an easy claims process if shipping issues occur.

Customers may remove Route package protection during checkout. By removing package protection, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been shipped.
