Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Please note that processing times may increase during our shows, new collection launches, or holidays. We offer free shipping to any US orders over $150!
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days depending on location and carrier conditions.
Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or high order volumes may occasionally occur.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Tracking Information
Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Pure Dixie uses Route for shipping protection. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. For added protection, Route shipping protection is automatically added to each order. Claims for covered shipping issues can be filed directly with Route for faster resolution.
By deselecting Route package protection, the customer accepts responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
